At Farinart, quality starts with grains, purchased from various sources around the world. Once in our facilities, grains are closely monitored throughout the production process, from the initial analysis of each ingredient to its final packaging and delivery. Here are some of the elements that help us make sure every product is high quality:

• grain purchases are based on the analysis of samples sent to our mill by grain producers
• we use the latest in high-tech weighing equipment to make our blends with the utmost precision, governed by tightly-controlled margins of tolerance
• products are analyzed at the input as well as the output stages
• all packaged products are identified by lot number and approved by our quality control department before leaving the mill
• certificates of analysis are available for every product.
